The strongest package combines the blockchain record with independent evidence instead of relying on the NFT alone.
Possible exhibit use: a party may preserve the Evidence Pack, original files, hashes, public records, wallet information, NFT metadata, and transaction history for possible use in a claim, dispute, insurance matter, licensing matter, probate matter, contract case, administrative proceeding, or other judicial process.
Admissibility, authentication, relevance, evidentiary weight, ownership effect, and required witnesses remain controlled by the court, tribunal, agency, or local law governing the matter.
