The free workflow creates a local representation and complete evidence package, not an NFT.
The validated mint transaction creates a unique, timestamped, independently verifiable ledger record that can supplement deeds, titles, contracts, registrations, custody records, witness testimony, and other evidence. It does not by itself establish legal title or guarantee recognition or admissibility. Courts, registries, agencies, and other authorities apply the law and evidentiary rules of their own jurisdiction.
Only the optional gated section can create an on-ledger action. Every action requires separate Xaman review. For trustline and XRBC trade requests, verify the six-digit code and every field. For an NFT mint, verify the exact NFTokenMint fields and compact URI; the compatibility mint intentionally uses no transaction memo.

Planning, hashing, metrics, local storage, and downloads work without a wallet. NFT preparation and minting unlock only after the wallet gate below is satisfied.
No wallet is needed. The page creates and verifies the evidence hash, stores the asset package locally, and calculates the relevant metrics without asking for wallet addresses, hashes, or hosting links.
The tool provides structured decision support and a reproducible evidence record. It does not replace legal analysis, title examination, regulatory review, valuation, or professional judgment.
Persistent local workspace: Planning data is saved in this browser. When an NFT plan is prepared, the selected asset file and safe image are stored in a separate on-device Local Asset Vault keyed by the Evidence Pack SHA-256. They are not uploaded. Browser data can be cleared, so use Download Local Asset Backup for an offline copy.

These settings feed the final asset NFT transaction. The ledger changes only after explicit review and approval in Xaman.
Recommended configuration applied automatically: one NFT, no transfer fee, fixed metadata, no issuer burn authority, and the connected wallet as issuer. Open Expert Mode only when a different structure is genuinely required.

Fast Asset NFT automatically uses the connected wallet as both issuer and first owner. Advanced / Legal can use an authorized minter only after its on-ledger authorization is verified.
Evidentiary purpose—not automatic legal title: the NFT is a unique, non-fungible XRPL record linked to the local Evidence Pack by its SHA-256 fingerprint, issuing account, and mint transaction.
It may be preserved, printed, exported, or offered with other records as supporting evidence. It does not replace a deed, government title, registration, contract, court order, custody record, notarization, or other legally required instrument unless the controlling jurisdiction recognizes that use.

The browser interface is not a server-side authorization boundary. Any future privileged API, hosted evidence service, or operator-only action must independently recheck the wallet, threshold, request freshness, and authorization on the server. This page currently keeps planning and evidence generation local and sends ledger actions only to Xaman for the wallet holder’s explicit approval.

Gate transactions retain compact APP, CHALLENGE, and DOMAIN memos. The diagnostic Asset-NFT mint uses no transaction memo or optional Xaman metadata; its Evidence Pack and integrity hashes remain bound through the generated metadata and validated mint receipt.
Closing this panel resets an unsigned quick-trade request without disconnecting the wallet. Asset-NFT mint requests are canceled by their exact Xaman payload ID before the local review is cleared.

Evidence boundary: a validated NFT and signed XRPL transactions can establish ledger existence, chronology, participating wallet addresses, and integrity fingerprints. They do not alone prove real-world identity, informed consent, authority, legal title, or that two parties agreed to off-ledger terms.
Cross-ledger decision support
When XRPL Fits—and When It May Not
No ledger is universally best. The selected architecture must match rights, privacy, transfer restrictions, registry integration, custody, and operational requirements.
XRP Ledger
Strong for native fungible tokens, XLS-20 NFTs, MPTs, credentials, DIDs, fast settlement, built-in exchange paths, and issuer controls without deploying general-purpose smart contracts.
EVM networks
Strong when complex programmable logic, standardized contract ecosystems, composability, or specialized compliance contracts are essential—while adding contract, gas, and upgrade risks.
Solana and high-throughput chains
Useful for high-volume consumer applications and rich NFT ecosystems, with different account, program, wallet, and operational models.
Stellar, Algorand, Hedera
Provide native or managed token functions with differing authorization, clawback, compliance, smart-contract, governance, and institutional tooling.
Permissioned ledgers
May fit regulated participants, private records, controlled validators, enterprise governance, and confidential workflows that should not be public.
Traditional database or registry
May be preferable when one recognized authority controls the record, no transferable digital asset is needed, or public-ledger permanence creates unnecessary privacy and legal risk.

Mutable NFTs use current XRPL protocol support only when the mint flags, issuer authority, NFTokenModify workflow, amendment status, and wallet compatibility are deliberately verified. Dynamic MPT and other proposals remain future-only until Mainnet activation and tool support are confirmed.

No legal conclusion. A blockchain record or NFT does not by itself establish legal ownership, title, authenticity, custody, appraisal, enforceability, government recognition, or regulatory compliance.
Actual asset NFT with limited legal effect. The page can mint a real XLS-20 NFT linked to the asset description and Evidence Pack hash. The NFT is an additional evidentiary record, but it does not automatically replace legal title, possession, registry records, contracts, liens, or other jurisdiction-specific requirements.
Public ledger permanence. Transaction memos, wallet addresses, NFT URIs, issuer settings, and token activity can be publicly visible. Do not include sensitive information.
Gatekeeping—not payment. The 2,500 XRBC threshold proves wallet participation. XRBC remains in the wallet, and users may sell it and allow the gate to relock.
AMM quotes can change. Quick-trade quotes are validated-ledger snapshots and are not guaranteed to remain available until signing. Review SendMax, DeliverMin, pool reserves, amounts, issuer, and the six-digit code.
Professional review. Legal, title, securities, commodities, tax, accounting, custody, privacy, appraisal, transfer-agent, licensing, and regulatory review may be required.
