Asset Tokenization Auditor

Organize an asset, the right you want a token to represent, and the supporting records already available. Save the project in this browser, hash a document locally, download an evidence-starter record, and continue to the working Advanced Asset Tokenization application when you are ready to connect Xaman and mint an actual XLS-20 asset NFT.

Define the asset and rightSeparate the item, property, record, or intellectual property from the ownership, license, access, payment, or evidence claim
Build a local evidence starterSave form data in this browser and download a JSON record without sending documents to the website
Hash a file locallyCreate a SHA-256 fingerprint that can later be linked to an Evidence Pack and an XRP Ledger transaction
Continue to actual mintingThe Advanced page connects Xaman, verifies the 2,500 XRBC gate, and creates a reviewed XLS-20 NFTokenMint request

A validated XRP Ledger NFT and transaction history can add a unique, timestamped, tamper-evident layer to a larger evidence package.

It does not automatically replace a deed, title, registration, contract, copyright registration, court order, notarization, or the law of the jurisdiction where the asset or dispute is located.

One connected process

Free Readiness First, Working Tokenization Next

The two pages are separate so users can prepare evidence before signing an on-ledger transaction.

Direct HTTPS connection
1 Prepare locally Describe the asset, represented right, jurisdiction, owner or issuer, registry, and supporting records.
2 Strengthen the evidence Hash files locally and add public references, custody records, attestations, photographs, contracts, and dates.
3 Open the Advanced application Connect Xaman, satisfy the reusable 2,500 XRBC balance gate, and use quick trade when additional XRBC is needed.
4 Review and mint Generate metadata and Evidence Pack v2, compare the six-digit webpage and Xaman memo code, then approve the actual NFTokenMint transaction.

Evidence augmentation—not automatic legal title

How a Ledger Record Can Strengthen a Larger Ownership or Authorship Record

The strongest package combines the blockchain record with independent evidence instead of relying on the NFT alone.

Multiple evidence layers
Underlying source evidence Deed, title, bill of sale, signed contract, registration, original source file, invoice, certificate, appraisal, photograph, or custody record.
Identity and authority Owner, creator, issuer, authorized representative, custodian, registry, notary, appraiser, auditor, witness, or other attestor.
Integrity and chronology SHA-256 file fingerprints, evidence dates, version history, public record numbers, registry URLs, and a validated ledger timestamp.
Unique on-ledger record NFTokenID, issuing wallet, immutable mint settings, metadata URI, six-digit verification memo, transaction hash, and validated ledger history.

Possible exhibit use: a party may preserve the Evidence Pack, original files, hashes, public records, wallet information, NFT metadata, and transaction history for possible use in a claim, dispute, insurance matter, licensing matter, probate matter, contract case, administrative proceeding, or other judicial process.

Admissibility, authentication, relevance, evidentiary weight, ownership effect, and required witnesses remain controlled by the court, tribunal, agency, or local law governing the matter.

Free tokenization-readiness and evidence-starter form

Describe the Asset, Right, and Supporting Evidence

Do not enter private keys, recovery phrases, confidential personal records, sealed documents, or information that should not be stored in this browser.

Local form
Which supporting evidence already exists?
Optional local SHA-256 evidence fingerprint

The selected file remains in this browser. Only its name, size, type, and SHA-256 can be added to the local project. The file itself is not uploaded or stored by this page.

No local file hash calculated.

Tokenization and Evidence Direction

This result measures documentation completeness, not legal validity or the likelihood that evidence will be admitted.

No review
Complete the free form or load one of the locally stored examples, then create a readiness review.

Practical local examples

Load an Example and Store It in This Browser

Each example fills the free form and saves a local draft. Replace the example information with the user’s real public and non-sensitive information before downloading an evidence starter.

Local examples

Real estate ownership record

Organize a deed or parcel reference, owner statement, title evidence, appraisal, photographs, and a future NFT linked to the Evidence Pack hash.

  • Possible dispute or probate exhibit
  • Property-history reference
  • Does not replace county recording

Connect a VIN, title, bill of sale, maintenance history, photographs, inspection evidence, and custody history to a unique asset record.

  • Insurance or ownership dispute
  • Sale and maintenance chronology
  • Does not replace DMV title

Intellectual property and source work

Hash a manuscript, source-code package, recording, design, photograph, or other work and link it to creator, publication, registration, or assignment records.

  • Authorship and chronology support
  • License or assignment package

What the Advanced Asset Tokenization Page Actually Does

The Advanced page is not only an educational explanation. It prepares and submits reviewed XRP Ledger transactions through the user’s connected Xaman wallet.

2,500 XRBC reusable gate
Connects XamanRestores or creates an explicit wallet session, displays the connected account, and supports disconnecting.
Verifies the 2,500 XRBC gateReads the exact XRBC trustline and validated balance. XRBC remains in the wallet and is not paid to the website.
Provides quick XRBC tradeBuy or sell preset amounts, buy the exact amount short, or sell the entire balance and opt out after reviewing a fresh quote.
Builds Evidence Pack v2Records the asset, represented right, parties, registry, local file hashes, controls, risks, and a deterministic SHA-256.
Creates NFT metadataBuilds the public name, description, asset identifier, evidence-hash reference, URI, taxon, transfer settings, and disclosures.
Mints an actual XLS-20 asset NFTCreates an NFTokenMint request for the connected wallet or verifies an authorized-minter relationship with another issuer.
Uses six-digit verificationShows the same new code on the webpage and in the transaction memo or Xaman signing information before approval.
Verifies the final transactionChecks the completed Xaman payload, transaction fields, validated ledger result, transaction hash, and resulting NFTokenID.
Creates a durable verification trailLinks the NFT, wallet, Evidence Pack hash, metadata, memo code, transaction, and public verification references.
The Advanced gate requires a wallet holding at least 2,500 XRBC. It is not a payment. The XRBC remains in the connected wallet. The page includes quick-buy controls to reach the threshold and quick-sell controls to reduce or exit the position after use.

Courts, agencies, countries, and electronic evidence

The Record May Be Useful Across Different Processes, but Local Rules Control

Electronic records may have legal effect or evidentiary value, but no single blockchain record receives identical treatment in every country, state, district, court, tribunal, or administrative system.

Jurisdiction-specific

United States proceedings

A party generally must address authentication, relevance, reliability, hearsay, original-record questions, witness testimony, and the federal or state rules governing the proceeding.

European Union proceedings

EU electronic-identification rules address electronic documents, timestamps, archiving, and electronic ledgers, while qualified services may receive stronger legal presumptions than an ordinary public blockchain record.

Other national and cross-border systems

UNCITRAL model laws influence electronic commerce, signatures, transferable records, identity, and trust services, but each adopting jurisdiction may modify the model and impose different requirements.
