XRBC Institutional Readiness Monitor
This page combines a human-reviewed institutional evidence register with live XRP Ledger and XRBC liquidity measurements. The two datasets remain separate so technical network readiness is never presented as proof that any institution has adopted XRPL or XRBitcoinCash.

This page does not calculate or display a “SWIFT adoption percentage.”
Institutional evidence reflects only the primary and reputable public
sources embedded in this page. The technical score is a transparent local
heuristic based on live XRPL data returned through the XRBC Render
proxy.

How the page operates
1. Static GitLab frontend
This entire page can live in the GitLab Pages public/ folder. It has no server-side code and exposes no wallet secrets.
2. Render-to-XRPL data bridge
The browser posts XRPL request objects to the existing Render URL. Render returns the same JSON response shape already used by the XRBC trading page.
3. Embedded evidence register
The human-reviewed institutional register is embedded directly in this HTML file. Review it at least annually and sooner after a material SWIFT, Ripple, XRP Ledger, tokenization, CBDC, settlement, or interoperability announcement. Live market values never rewrite the evidence register.
