How the Observed-Risk Score Is Calculated

Every measured category is normalized to 0–100 and multiplied by its disclosed weight. Unknown evidence is excluded from the known-only point estimate, expands the possible-risk range, and reduces evidence coverage. Classification is withheld below 70% coverage.
